Summermix® has been invented by Dandy’s lab team of soil experts as a super enriched, super strong compost, manure and mulch blend; it basically acts like a blanket over the Spring and Summer, retaining moisture and nutrients and slowly seeping down and rotting into the soil beneath so that, come the next planting season all you need to do is till the soil and you’re good to go!

This is a super strong mix so don’t plant straight into it; it is for use as a nourishing top layer which slowly rots down into the soil below!

We recommend watering the Compost in the evening during very dry spells.

Our Summermix® Compost is available to buy in a big builders-merchants style bulk bag.

Each bulk bag contains approximately 900ltrs.

A cubic metre of compost (1000ltrs) will cover around 12-15m² at a depth of about 50mm.
