Dandys Lawn / Pitch Topdressing

[star-value] Stars

Dandy’s Topdressing is a blend of silica sand and topsoil, for dressing lawns and pitches!

WHAT’S IN IT? We use sifted silica sand as a base and then we blend in our Lawnmix Topsoil to a ratio of about 70% sand to 30% topsoi!

WHAT’S IT FOR? Dandy’s Topdressing® is for dressing lawns and pitches (usually done in the Autumn) or for repairing grassed areas that have become patchy or worn - just sprinkle a fine layer of topdressing and then some grass seed!

HOW MUCH DO I NEED? As a rule of thumb - 1000kg of topdressing will usually cover about 75m² (75m x 1m) at a depth of about 1cm; still not sure? Use our handy topsoil calculator.

"Lawn Top Dressing" I ordered 40 bags of Dandy''s Top Dressing and these arrived palleted in just a few days and in very good condition. All of the bags were intact and did not split while I was moving them. The top dressing mix looked OK, if a little heavy on sand, but it should do the job I wanted it to.
