Composted Mulch Fines

Our fine composted bark is perfect for breaking up heavy, clay rich soils and for adding nutrients back into tired and shabby beds, borders and allotments.

Good low budget mulch choice as a single season mulch to tidy up borders or as a soil improver where a low pH is required.

This is a natural product so it's free from any foreign matter and it's composted via a natural aerobic process so no additional man-made organic compounds are introduced.

As it is a free draining product it will also reduce waterlogging and will act as a natural weed suppressant (to guarantee weed-free you'll need to use a porous anti-weed membrane).

Each bulk bag contains approximately 1000 litres.

1000ltr of bark, woodchip or mulch will cover approximately 20m² at a depth of 50mm.
